Greenbot Installers APP - 12.4 and 12.5 have been deprecated

Support for Greenbot 12.4 and 12.5 are now deprecated. Users who are still using these versions will no longer be able to upload or download data from the Greenbot Portal.

To continue with your access please download Greenbot Installers SPV Version 12.6 from Google Play Store and Apple APP store.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

I have existing data that have not yet been uploaded in 12.4 and 12.5 to the portal. What can I do?

For Android users please do the following:

1) From your android device, Export data by accessing the devices photos folder((please note the date time of the captures to group the right photos sets for the job):
my files>pictures>greenbot

2) Zip the photos into a zip file

3) Send the zip file in an email to [e-mail] and provide the JOB ID in the email for us to allocate the photos to the right job.

If you are using a iOS device, please update your app directly from the Apple APP store and you should be able to upload your job data as normal.
