CER April 1 2022 Changes - New requirements for Solar Retailer – Greenbot Pty Ltd

On April 1 2022, it is a requirement for any STC trades on Greenbot to fulfill to 2 new mandatory requirements:

Solar Retailer Written Statement Declaration
Inverter Serial Numbers

1. Solar Retailer Written Statement Declarations

The Written Statements Declarations module can be found above the Trade STC module.

To edit the fields, use the pencil edit icon beside the Written Statements Declarations Title and you will see this popup:

There are now 5 new required fields to be populated inside of job details before any trade:

Field Name	Values	Description
Retailer Representative*	Solar company Admin Company Staff	This is a set field where only Solar Company Admins, and Company Staff are listed. If you need to create a company staff account please see the tutorial here.
Positioned Held*	String	Insert any arbitrary value here for the positioned held by the representative
Installer Relationship to Retailer*	isEmployee isSubcontractor	This value specifies if the listed installer is an employee or subcontractor of your company
System Design*	have changed System Design have NOT changed system design	Informs if the jobs' original system design have been changed or not
Signature*		This field requires the Retailer Representatives' signature

Hit the save button on the pop-up Edit Representative Details screen.
Then Save the Job to commit it to the database.

2. Inverter Serial Numbers

There is a new section for inverter serial numbers in the serial number table.
Here you may type your serial numbers manually, or if you have scanned it using the Greenbot Installers APP, these values will automatically appear here when the data is uploaded.

Please note:
Users will not be able to trade a job, if the quantity of inverter serials does not match the job data or if the field is empty.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GREENBOT INSTALLER APP:

The latest version of the app that have implemented the April 1st changes is:
Version 12.7 (Still pending release)

Version 12.6 is backward compatible and will still work with the required changes for 1 April 2022 changes.
