1) Create a job
- To create a job, go to Jobs > Create New Job
- Fill out the basic PV installation details in the pop-up window

2) Add extra job details
After the job has been created, you will be redirected to the job details screen. Here you can fill in the remaining fields required for the STC trade:
- System and STC details
Use the "Add Panel Brand" and "Add Inverter Brand" buttons select your system details. Fill out the STC details section with the necessary information.
- Installer details
Fill in your installer details by selecting them from the drop-down list or typing their name.
Valid entries will appear in the list where you will be able to select the installer. See this article here:
Do this for all 3 installer types: Installer, Designer and Electrician.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please ensure that when you are making any changes in the job, you press the "Save" button at the top of the job details page to commit the changes.

3) Schedule an installer
Scheduling is the method that an installer will receive the job information from the portal to their APP. Only 1 visit is permitted at any one time at a job.

4) Verify data before trade
When an installation is completed, you will need to verify and check that all job data has been submitted successfully.
If you know installer has completed the installation and have only received partial data come through for the job, please advise installer to upload the rest of the job data, see article here:
Here is a quick checklist of fields that needs to be filled out before trading:
- All job fields (System Details, STC Details, Installer Details as shown in the image above)
- Serial number field for Panels and inverter
- Completed photo requirements (Photos module)
- Written Statement declaration, STC Form and CES form
- Verify and check that all checklist items are completed successfully in Trade module

5) Trade the STC job
To trade the job, there should be no validation Please ensure that when you are making any changes in the job, you press the "Save" button at the top of the job details page to commit the changes.
If there are no validation error on saving the job, the STC status will change to: Submit to Trade, you will then be able to trade the STCs by clicking on the Trade STC button in the Trade module.

6) What happens after trade?
Traded jobs will appear in the STC submission screen. Here you will be able to see your progress through the STC status and be able to see what jobs are currently in what stage of review or creation. You will not be required to action anything unless the status of the jobs are either in a Compliance Issue or CER Failed status.
If at any time, there is an issue with your job due to an audit or failure reason. it is the Solar Retailers responsibility to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
For payment to be successfully made to your nominated account, jobs must be either be in Pending Approval or CER Approved STC status.
To action another review,
Solar Retailer must fix the job data, and then trade the job again.
